We want you to love every piece you bring home, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible, unwashed, and unused items. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, certain products like bedding and intimates must remain in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
